Business telephony depends on a provider, numbers, network, devices and people. PBXCenter is therefore deployed individually: requirements first, an isolated environment and configuration next, then agreed call tests before handover.

Stage 01
Analyze numbers, teams and handling rules
We establish the SIP provider, numbers, schedules, prompts, IVR choices, queues, devices, recording and security requirements. The output is a scope that can be configured and tested unambiguously.
- Document inbound, outbound and out-of-hours call behavior.
- Separate administrator, employee and recording-access roles.
- Verify provider, network, domain and device dependencies.
Stage 02
Prepare the isolated environment and configuration
Installation prepares services, secure secrets, durable data and health checks. The panel then configures domain, TLS, provider, numbers, flows, phones, backups and retention according to scope.
- Production starts without test accounts or another customer's data.
- Flow validation and risk preview stop unfinished changes.
- Service health and provider connectivity are checked before user tests.
Stage 03
Test, hand over and maintain safely
We run agreed cases during and outside hours, IVR choices, queues, no-answer outcomes, voicemail and outbound calls. After acceptance, the panel, roles and operational procedures are handed over.
- Testing covers the real provider path and target workspace.
- Administrators learn backup, diagnostics and controlled change procedures.
- Additional scope can be introduced later as a separately verified change.
FAQ
Direct answers before the conversation.
How long does a PBXCenter deployment take?
Timing depends on provider, number, domain, network, device and call-flow readiness. A realistic schedule follows analysis; this site does not promise one duration for every company.
Can a company keep its existing numbers?
Keeping or porting numbers depends on the provider. SIP accounts, DID numbers and required routes are verified before configuration rather than assumed.
What should the company prepare?
Prepare provider and number information, team structure, working hours, prompt content, devices and the people responsible for administration and security decisions.
