Company queue

A PBXCenter phone system routing a call from the SIP provider through a call flow to the team

One product, the whole process

From the first phone to your team's daily work.

Every deployment is prepared for a specific company. The customer receives an isolated environment and a separate panel for configuration, testing and call handling.

01

Call flows

Build the route the way you think about the conversation.

Connect the incoming number, business hours, recording, prompts, voice menus, queues, ring groups, extensions and voicemail in one graph. Validation stops an unfinished route before deployment.

  2. 02Listen to the prompt at every audio choice

02

Calls and results

History, recordings and analytics without legacy billing.

Administrators see calls, waiting times, queue and employee results. Recordings are played through an authorized API without exposing server paths.

  • 01Call history and protected recording playback
  • 02Company, queue and employee results
  • 03Callback status, retention and CSV export
03

Employee workspace

Answer calls on a laptop with a headset.

Employees sign in with their own account, set availability, handle the queue and save notes. They never receive administrator details or a reusable SIP password.

Your infrastructure

Manage an isolated environment from the PBXCenter panel.

As part of the deployment, we prepare services, secrets, ports and data storage. The panel guides domain and TLS, providers, phones, firewall, backups and recording retention.

Complete product scope

From providers and phones to backups, updates and reports.

PBXCenter brings configuration, provisioning, daily team work and environment maintenance together. Each area has a defined role and access boundary without exposing technical settings to employees.

  1. 01

    Calls, recordings and reports

Filter history, mark callbacks, manage retention, securely play or download recordings and export calls and queue results to CSV.

  2. 02

    Voicemail and notifications

Play, mark and delete voicemail messages, and handle private alerts for missed calls and new voicemail.

  3. 03

    Employees, queues and WebRTC phone

Create employee accounts, assign queues, manage availability and passwords, and issue a protected browser-phone session.

  4. 04

    Contacts and caller notes

Administrators maintain the shared contact book while employees see caller context and save notes in their workspace.

  5. 05

Company details, network and first run

Configure the company name, primary number, timezone and detected prompt language together with the domain, TLS, trusted networks and firewall policy.

  6. 06

    Providers, numbers and call flows

Verify SIP accounts, assign DIDs to call flows, define outbound routes, failover, emergency routing and outbound protection, and simulate a flow before applying it.

  7. 07

    Extensions and office calling features

Configure ring time, call waiting, do not disturb, forwarding and follow-me, together with call pickup and parking for selected extensions.

  8. 08

    Call flows and version history

Build validated canvas routes with schedules, recording, menus, queues, ring groups, extensions and voicemail; simulate them and load an earlier version as a draft.

  9. 09

    Phone provisioning and inventory

Create profiles and one-time configuration links, inspect a device before releasing credentials and maintain a trusted-phone inventory.

  10. 10

    Prompts, TTS and queue music

Choose detected language packs, record prompts with a microphone, upload files or generate them from text, and manage music on hold.

  11. 11

    Signed HTTPS webhooks

Create and test signed missed-call and voicemail events and monitor their delivery to approved business systems.

  12. 12

    Administrators and permissions

Add administrators, change their permissions and passwords, and separate access to configuration, calls, devices, workforce and maintenance.

  13. 13

    Backup, import and restore

Define the backup policy, create a backup, export it in a protected format, import a package and queue a controlled restore.

  14. 14

    Controlled product updates

Review version status, upload a prepared update package and monitor the operation under a dedicated maintenance permission.

  15. 15

    Diagnostics and environment status

Check service and connectivity health, verify the provider and SIP account, and track configuration application by operation identifier.

Individual deployment

From requirements analysis to a controlled launch.

PBXCenter is not a self-service product created through this website. A launch requires a SIP provider, numbers, teams and agreed handling rules; we use them to prepare and verify an isolated environment.

  1. 1

    We learn your requirements

We define the SIP provider, numbers, teams, queues, working hours, announcements and security requirements.

  2. 2

    We prepare the phone system

We launch the customer's isolated environment and configure the domain, phones, call flows, recording and backups.

  3. 3

We test and hand it over

We verify the agreed calls through the provider route, train the team and hand over the customer's PBXCenter panel after testing.

Secure from the first start

Secrets stay on the system. Permissions stay under control.

PBXCenter separates administrators, employees, phones and technical accounts. Sensitive operations have distinct permissions, while call flows and firewall rules are checked before application.

No default passwords or test accounts in production

Short-lived WebRTC session data instead of reusable employee SIP passwords

Backups and recording retention managed in the panel

Risk preview and firewall change history before deployment

Deployment for your company

Review the preparation scope

Bring the call route and your team's work into one system.

We tailor the phone system, infrastructure and handover scope. Before launch, we jointly verify the numbers, call flows, queues and workstations covered by the deployment.
