Multiple SIP providers
Provider numbers and routes organized in one phone environment.
Discuss your deploymentPBXCenter can connect multiple SIP provider accounts and map DID numbers to the correct call flows. Outbound routing, destination safeguards and any fallback path remain explicit parts of the environment configuration.

01Inbound calls
Each DID number has an explicit destination flow
Inbound numbers map to flows for teams, brands or service purposes. Changing a provider should not silently rewrite the business logic that decides where callers are sent.
- 01Number-to-flow assignments stay visible in the administrator panel.
- 02Different branches can keep local prompts and working hours.
- 03Inbound tests confirm number format and route matching.
02Outbound calls
Rules select a provider and protect sensitive destinations
Outbound routes can account for prefixes, caller identity, concurrency and blocked destinations. Failover is configured only where another provider can actually complete the call.
- 01Tests cover domestic, mobile and agreed special destinations.
- 02Caller identity follows the authorization granted by the provider.
- 03Destination controls reduce unintended or unusually expensive traffic.
03Diagnostics
SIP account and configuration status remain inspectable
Administrators can verify provider accounts, connectivity and service status without editing telephony files. Diagnosis separates provider, network, credentials and local routing problems.
- 01Credentials are verified in a controlled configuration stage.
- 02Operation identifiers help trace applied environment changes.
- 03SIP secrets are never requested in the first sales message.
FAQ
Direct answers before the conversation.
Can PBXCenter use our current SIP provider?
The service, authentication, numbering, codecs and network must be reviewed. PBXCenter does not claim compatibility without testing the specific account.
Does a second provider guarantee continuity?
No. Failover helps only when the second service, numbers, routing and network are prepared and verified for the intended failure scenario.

Deployment for your company
Review providers, numbers and the routes you need.
Provider names, number count and traffic directions are enough for initial analysis. SIP secrets are exchanged only during a protected deployment stage.
