01Inbound traffic
IVR and queues route each call according to team rules
A number can pass through business hours, a prompt and a voice menu into the appropriate queue. Employee availability affects handling, while no-answer cases have a designed ending such as voicemail.
- 01Separate teams can use different numbers, queues and schedules.
- 02The flow can be simulated before it is applied to the environment.
- 03History records call outcomes and available service timing data.
02Agent workspace
A browser phone with context, notes and availability
Employees answer through WebRTC, see recognized contacts, save notes and set their status. Daily work does not require an administrator account or reusable SIP password.
- 01Queue membership and availability are managed for individual accounts.
- 02Contacts and notes preserve context for the next team member.
- 03Private notifications cover missed calls and new voicemail.
03Process control
Recordings, follow-up and reports without unsupported AI claims
Authorized administrators filter history, play recordings through a protected API, manage retention and review queue and employee outcomes. CSV export supports further analysis.
- 01Follow-up status organizes missed calls that still require action.
- 02Recording and report access is separated from the employee workspace.
- 03PBXCenter does not promise transcription or automated scoring that the product cannot verify.
FAQ
Direct answers before the conversation.
Is PBXCenter an omnichannel contact center?
No. PBXCenter organizes the voice channel: calls, IVR, queues, a WebRTC workspace, recordings and reporting. We do not present it as a chat, email, SMS and ticketing suite.
Does the system support outbound calls?
Yes. PBXCenter includes outbound routes, failover, selected prefix and destination safeguards and concurrency limits. It does not claim a predictive dialer.
Can a manager review team outcomes?
An account with the appropriate permission can review call history and queue and employee outcomes. Report scope follows the data recorded by the phone system.
