Business VoIP phone system
Business telephony designed as one controlled system.
Discuss your deploymentPBXCenter connects company numbers, a SIP provider, call flows, team work and environment administration. Instead of piecing telephony together from separate panels, the company receives an agreed process from the first signal to history, recording and queue outcome.

01How it works
One route from the company number to the right person
An incoming call enters a flow that can account for business hours, prompts, IVR, queues, ring groups, extensions and voicemail. The administrator sees this logic as a clear graph and can simulate it before applying the configuration.
- 01Multiple DID numbers can lead to different, versioned call flows.
- 02Validation stops an incomplete or invalid path before deployment.
- 03Outbound calls can use routing rules, failover and destination safeguards.
02Team workspace
A browser phone, caller context and queue in one place
Employees sign into their own workspace, set availability, answer through WebRTC and save a note. They only see the information required for service, without server settings, administrator accounts or reusable SIP credentials.
- 01Queues and availability organize the handling of incoming calls.
- 02Shared contacts and notes preserve context across conversations.
- 03History and follow-up status help close missed-call work.
03Control
Telephony administration without hiding important decisions
The panel covers providers, numbers, phones, domain and TLS, firewall, backups, recording retention and diagnostics. Areas are separated by roles and permissions, while service health can be checked without direct server administration.
- 01Authorized recording playback and data exports through the protected panel.
- 02Backups, restore and controlled updates in one maintenance process.
- 03Separate administrator and employee roles keep access appropriately narrow.
FAQ
Direct answers before the conversation.
Can PBXCenter replace a traditional office phone system?
PBXCenter provides business phone functions over IP: routing, IVR, queues, extensions, recording and reporting. Existing number and device migration is checked before deployment.
Can the system support several teams or branches?
Yes. Multiple numbers, queues, groups and extensions can form one structure. The exact topology depends on the provider, network and agreed service rules.
Does every employee need a desk phone?
Not necessarily. An employee can use the WebRTC phone in a browser with a headset. PBXCenter also supports provisioning and a trusted phone inventory.
