PBXCenter does not sell a universal package through a signup form. The first conversation organizes numbers, provider, teams, flows, devices, recording and infrastructure so that the resulting scope can be deployed and verified.

    What to send

Five pieces of information are enough to begin

A short message helps establish whether PBXCenter fits the company process and what still needs clarification. Do not send SIP passwords, login details, recordings or other secrets.

    • Current number count and the provider name, when known.
    • Teams or people answering calls and their working hours.
    • The most important route from the first signal to an answer.
    • Target devices: browsers and headsets, IP phones or both.
    • Areas requiring recording, reporting, backup or limited permissions.

    What happens next

Scope, acceptance tests and handover instead of a generic demo

After reading the description, we return with missing questions and a process map. If the product fits, the scope identifies provider, network and device dependencies, the configuration plan, acceptance tests and any open limitations.

    • The map covers numbers, hours, IVR, queues, no-answer paths and user roles.
    • The test plan names what must be checked with the real provider, workspace or phone and recovery procedure.
    • Handover separates test results, responsibilities and limitations; a panel screen alone is not evidence of readiness.

FAQ

Direct answers before the conversation.

01

Can we arrange a product presentation?

Describe the process you want to see. A useful presentation should cover real numbers, flows, workspaces and permissions rather than a generic list of screens.

02

Should SIP details be included in the first message?

No. Initial contact does not require passwords, secrets or recordings. Any secure exchange of technical data is arranged only during a controlled deployment stage.

A few sentences are enough. The most useful information is your numbers, teams, working hours and the problem a new phone system should solve.
