Sales teams

A sales conversation with context, a controlled route and a next step.

Discuss your deployment

PBXCenter organizes the voice stage of sales: inbound numbers, outbound routing, a WebRTC workspace, contacts, notes, recordings and missed-call follow-up. It does not replace a complete sales CRM.

Inbound opportunities

Campaign and department numbers can enter the right queue

Each DID can use a distinct prompt, flow and group of recipients. History keeps the call outcome while missed conversations can be marked for follow-up.

  • Schedules and queues reflect real staffing rather than an idealized plan.
  • Recognized contacts give employees basic context before answering.
  • Follow-up status organizes opportunities that were not answered live.

Outbound calls

Routes and caller identity remain under administrator control

Outbound calls use agreed providers, rules and presented numbers. Prefix safeguards and concurrency limits reduce accidental, expensive or unauthorized traffic.

  • Employees call without receiving a reusable SIP password.
  • Caller identity is tested with the provider before team launch.
  • PBXCenter supports manual calls but does not claim a predictive dialer.

Context and review

Notes, recordings and reports support the wider sales process

Employees save notes against contacts, while authorized administrators use history, recordings and employee outcomes. CSV export supports further analysis outside PBXCenter.

  • Recording is enabled only in explicitly agreed call flows.
  • Recording access remains separate from the standard employee role.
  • Signed webhooks can pass selected events to an existing business system.

FAQ

Direct answers before the conversation.

01

Does PBXCenter replace a sales CRM?

No. It keeps contacts and call notes needed for telephony, but does not claim opportunity, proposal and complete pipeline management.

02

Does PBXCenter include an automatic dialer?

It supports outbound call routes, but not predictive or power dialing. If campaign automation is essential, that requirement must be identified before an offer.
